Willing to see her work being pursued after her, Marie-Thérèse Solacroup has left all her patrimony, among which the Hébert Castle in Dinard, to a foundation known to be of public utility in 1970. Loyal to her humanist values, the Solacroup Hébert foundation is leading the program on co-development "Talents of the World" which allows young business managers from the eight countries of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU) to have a three-month training, including some time in a Breton firm.

The Foundation has given the supervision of this program to the Marie-Thérèse Solacroup Institute, which is also a place of group hosting, seminars, forums and conferences.
